Bought from them for years, both on ebay and webstore, and the few problems I've had have been immediately sorted to my satisfaction.

I've used them quite a few times for some quite big orders, never had a single problem.

Them and Arcane Miniatures (for non GW stuff) are the two I use for all my online miniature ordering. (and er..far too much stuff from forgeworld)

I love them - they've always been great for me.

The only things I ever had "lost in transit" out of 150+ internet purchases were two Maelstrom orders (yeah, fool me twice, shame on me...)

Both times they ignored my emails until I threatened legal action, then all of a sudden they pretended to be nice and even offered a refund, but as soon as I calmed down they started ignoring me again. Ultimately they failed to even produce a proof of postage, let alone a refund or replacement.

Even if I were to accept that by some fluke two of my orders from them got lost when nothing else ever did, their way of resolving the issue by ignoring and then lying to me convinced me that they're not a store to be trusted.

Considering how many stores offer a comparable or greater discount while not being lying bastards, I don't see myself shopping with Maelstrom even again.

Rob runs a good business and I have never had any problems with my orders. Haven't actually heard about anyone but Lord Blackfang having any issues with Maelstorm. Oh, and just to be clear, it's in no way an attack at Blackfang or anything, just never heard of others having problems.

Well, I've seen a few very similar complaints described in their eBay feedback (which is 99.1 % positive, but every once in a while they seem to screw someone over badly)

Ive had no problem whatsoever with them and i use them a fair bit. They even let me use a discount code retroactivly when I got the special offer email a couple of days after I ordered.

I've ordered loads from them, ranging from a whole army to a single pot of paint. I've never had any problems at all, delivery is usually very fast (day of release for new items), since I found them I haven't ordered a thing from GW directly.

That is probably a reflection of the volume they sell rather than any real problems on their part 99%+ on eBay is a pretty good score for power sellers. I have bought from them a few times with no problems.

Bought a fair bit from them and it's always turned up quickly and with everything there so I'd recommend them.
