Are you allowed to reorganise the territories on your roster?
ie, Shove the worthless ones to the top and the good ones to the bottom just in case you lose a gang fight?

Doesn't really much matter how you have them organized, it's randomly determined which one you lose.

Since you randomize what territory is taken it doesn't matter. Yes, you're allowed that.

That's good, though it's only the first 6 that are at risk and I have 10 at this point...

Nope, then you use another dice. D10. Or you roll for the different territories and see wich one of them gets the higher on the t6 and that way have a "tournament". It shall always be complete randomized.

I see, It just seemed wrong that my good territories were at risk whilst spots I've aquired since then, (including Scouroflous Wastes) seemed incredibly well defended.

That would be very, very unlogical, yes :P

What he said. They are ALL at risk. There's always a way to randomize regardless of how many you have.

Necromunda used to use more funky dice, so rolling was pretty easy, but todays players may only have d6 available.
In that case, an easy way to randomize this sort of thing is for both you and your opponent pick a number from 1 to N (N being the number of territories or whatever). Write them down, reveal your numbers, then add the two numbers, count down from the top of the list, "wrapping around" if you go all the way through.
This method also works well when you need to randomly select gang members from a gang with a size that doesn't lend itself well to dice rolls- like if you get in a "shoot out" and have 13 members in your gang.

Or just write numbers on pieces of paper and stick them in a cup and draw one at random. Make sure the cup is empty first though... :D

I bought a single D12 and D20 off a mate. Works great and simple. :)

Or you could always by single dice at your gamingstores :P
