Interesting, but unfortunately not a legal army. You have to have a unit of Ogres for every unit of Gnoblars you feild.

And, no offense, but could you take more than 5 seconds on your post and try spelling, or using DECENT grammar? I know its a message board, but its not AIM, you have spellcheck and all sorts of tools here, and time to respond. Please take it.

Not to mention in a 2k game you can only field a max of 8 Gorgers, even with Skragg's special rule and as has already been said, you need 1 unit of ogres for every unit of gnoblars.

Oh and yes, Skragg can be used in 2000 point games, he doesn't require a Tyrant to be fielded, as he ignores the Slaughter Master rule in that regard and doesn't count as two lord choices.

lol, you guys are funny. Leave him alone.

I like your list but you do need to have 1+ unit of bulls for starters, but I think there's a white dwarf somewhere that has a gnoblar list if you were wanting to do one of those.

Scragg is just a single lord choice and doesn't need to be in 3000 points, which is why I use him as my general in tourneys. Also you can take 8 Gorgers for your 4 special choices and 2 more for your rare choices, so not quite 12 but 10 should do. Put in say 3 units of 4 bulls so you can have 3 units of gnoblars

So this army list would be

Skragg - 600
4 Bulls - 128
4 Bulls - 128
4 Bulls - 128
36 Gnoblars - 72
36 Gnoblars - 72
36 Gnoblars - 72
2 Gorgers - 160
2 Gorgers - 160
2 Gorgers - 160
2 Gorgers - 160
1 Gorger - 80
1 Gorger - 80

Total: 2000

I believe he moves Gorgers from the rare section to the special section and allows 2 per choice. He does not let them be taken as both special and rare.

Th e WD with the gnoblar list is US WD 303 from april 2005. I started making one in conjunction with my ogre army, but still haven't finished first 1000 points (it requires A LOT of gnoblars). you could make a 2000 point army with 400 models easy, I'm aiming for about 200...:)

If you're playing skragg in tourneys like this, you've been boning yourself. Gorgers cost 75 points.

I haven't been playing with that list, I tried to make a list for the guy who started the thread.

Also I'm at work so don't tend to have my army book with me so I can't just have a look at the rules whenever I want.

I just figured that I'd help this guy out, and if that's the case, and if you can't take them as rare (I didn't bother looking it up last night) then upgrade all the bull units to have a champion and a musician and then if you have points left over increase the size of them or create another unit of gnoblars.

PS. Gnoblars suck to paint.

This guy consistantly posts in text speak. He's getting better...kinda.
