I would suggest to use a count instead and get another lvl 2 necromancer with power familiar on foot. This way you wont be outclassed in the magic phase as much. And you might want to upgrade the wight lord to a BsB. Also as the dire wolves are fast cavalry use them in smaller units of 5 or 6. These suggestions go for both lists, but I think the rest is pretty good. Hope this helpes.

Thanks for the advice man, I'll tweak my list around a bit.

I agree with dropping the Lord down to a Count to afford another Necromancer.

I'd also drop 5 Dire Wolves and split the remaining ones into units of 5, with the points save I'd get a standard for each of the Skeleton units and boost the Grave Guard unit.

You may also want to consider leaving the Wight Lord on foot and putting him in with the Grave Guard. Try to get the Book of Archan (or however it's spelt) in there somewhere as wel.

I want to do a fast moving cavarly themed army. The book would help that a bit but a walking Wight Lord wouldn't.

I'll post up a revision soonish.
