As the title says I'm making a rogue trader fleet because I love these guys. So much flavour, so much story, so many options. Anyways rant over, I was wondering whether anyone had any ideas for this? So far I have a Grand Cruiser, 2 cruisers, a Light Cruiser and 2 Escorts designed. I'll post the final list in the rules development/here when I'm done.

(Btw is this in the right forum. I hope it is.)

I'm creating the list myself using the Fabrication of the Imperium list and the Smotherman formula. Yes I have models I just don't like them:cries: so i must redo them but I will get them done as soon as possible.

Does that include the rogue trader escorts? Because I have some sitting at my table, and I'd like to recommend them. I'll be creating a cruiser with 6 escorts to go with my chaos fleet.

No i've converted mine from some imperial and chaos bits although i may look at the rogue trader escorts now I lvoe the look of the recommissioned vessel and xenos escort but I don't like that your limited to that one xenos escort I want Fra'al Raiders and Q'orl and Tau and other wonderfully alien things.

Alignment of your Trader:
Is your Rogue Trader a merciless pirate or an honoured hero? What ever you choose will reflect your fleet options and equipment available. So pick one of the following:
Pirate

Special Equipment:
Any ship of the fleet may purchase any of the equipment that is available to their ship class for the points listed. Each class may take the following amount:

Emperor’s Fanatic: Blessed By the Gods, Boarding Weapons, Retro Thrusters and Psyker.

Upgraded Fighters: 4+ save on fighters ?pts
Blessed By the Gods: 5/6+ save on all hits (not ones that hit shield) until the ship is crippled ?pts
Psyker: (Any Ideas guys) ?pts
Trust In your Ship: +1 Ld and may re-roll to disengage ?pts
Armour Plating: 6+ armour on prow ?pts
Holofields: Left column shift on gunnery table and 5+ save against lances ?pts
Drone Missiles: Replace torpedoes with this at the same strength: 20-40cm speed (roll a D6 every turn the missiles are moving on a 5 or 6 remove one point of strength.) ?pts
(This is the basic list avaible to any Rogue Trader of any type, everything else will be developed in turn. Any ideas for ships and stats are welcome.)

Weapons
Blast Gun: Fires like lance with firepower stated but instead of damage it puts the firepower amount of blast markers in contact with the enemy ship targeted.
