I am planning on doing a huge battle between most of my WHFB collection.
These are the armies i am plannign to use

3k dwarf gunline
3k HE cavalry

vs

2k Tzeentch
2k Vampire Counts
2k Zacharias' Vampire Counts

I could replace zackie for any other VC charachter, as I have all of the models for them all, I just chose him because he is kick-ass, being a blood dragon, a necrarch, a vampire and a master necromancer.

these armys are cool but there is some major flaws.

The chaos lord wants the 3+ward save against shooting.
The flag on the marauders makes them easy points

You necros want: (1) black periapt, power stone (2) staff of damnation (3) book of arkhan and power stone.

You cant have book of arkhan on a wight lord but the necro wants it instead of one of the power stones

The good guyes:
if you want to get some spells through you would atleast need 2 lvl4:ors in the HE army. now its 7pd and 2 bound against 12 dd with reroll for the staff of change. Wizard (2) wants a scroll istead of silver wand, channeller.

Drop some flags on the silverhelms units to make every unit 6.

if you drop both princes and replayes them with 2 maxed lvl4s this match would get much more balanced, and you would get a chariot extra.

in the Dwarf army you really need 2 rune smiths 1 with 2 rune of spell breaking , rune of stone and GW and ne with Master rune of balance and sune of spellbreaking and a shield.

Droagon slayers are best without magic wepons, cheaper is better.

2 boltthrowers should have S 7 just for killing dragons and chariots.

I doubt that 2 expensive but super-vunerable lv4 wizards are more balanced than 2 maxed-out princes on dragons.
The 2 dragonslayers i have, i only expect one to get into combat, but i would rather have one get into combat with a good magic weapon than have 2 in combat without any magic weapons.
I've never been a fan of runesmiths. +1 powerdie per runesmith is just a waste of points, considering that it only has 2 attacks, not worth the 250+ points you would expect to pay for a decent runelord.

more balacing to this game, Now its 3 super magic heavy armies against an army without scrolls.

You could test one magic phase with about 22 pd and 2 boundspells against 6 dd without scrolls.

and to then return it with 7 pd against 12 dp with reroll, the 2 lvl4ors would boost your magic defence and make your magic phase some thing to worry about.

the rune smiths dont go for more then 150 each and they would help your magic defence. and i would not spend points on a runelord.

If you put runes on the weapon the slayers cant use the slayer axe rule and that rule is great. and most of the time the slayer axes is enough to kill the most.

What do you think about the rest of my advice?

about the slayers:
using runic weapons means that slayers cannot use the slayer axes rule. THey can still use the slayer rule
