Hey all,
I went to Gamesday in Atlanta, and my buddies let me join in a game of Aeronautica. We found a nice Epic scale table and threw down. Loved it and picked up a few planes of my own. I'll post some pics when they are done. In the meantime, here are a few of my friends planes from the battlefield:

Some more are in a set of GD photos (http://www.flickr.com/photos/68007829@N00/sets/72157600152686939/) I took as well as some pics of Aeronautica planes that FW was showing off.

Any good shots of the whole table?

Edit: I forgot to mention - cool.

This is probably the widest shot I got.

Those are really clear photos, would you mind if I put them up on the Aerowiki site?

Thanks! My camera has a nice macro mode and a short lens which really helps in low light.

Just visited that site for the first time. That's a great resource. I hope it continues to grow. Let me check with my friends about the photos since all the hard work was theirs, though I doubt they will mind. I sure don't.

For those that didn't go, that table (as well as all the other tables) was amazing. It had the to monolithic buildings and a bio-sphere type thing on one side of it and they played it off really well. The other epic table was a city a city that was all buildings and streets, very cool posibilities for AI. Good pics by the way.

Very nice pics. Love the paint job on the planes. The Thunderbolt looks like it means business and the Eldar cammo doesn't look over done. Never played the game but I've just ordered myself a Chaos fleet. Just hope I can do a good job on them.

Go ahead. We'd be honored!

And thanks to everyone for your good comments. I'll pass them on to my friends who did the painting. I've got my own planes built and I'm going to prime them tonight.

Looks really good. A couple of things though. The game in the picture was not an intro game run by GW. It was just a game 2 of my friends and I played. There was an AI intro game table, but unfortunately I don't have any photos. It was a cool table with tons of epic size buildings on it. It was definitely drawing a lot of interest. I'll see if one of my buddies has a picture.

Secondly, would you mind providing a link to my photo site (http://www.flickr.com/photos/binxb/) by way of a credit? Thanks!

I got my own planes primed last night, and hope to start painting them soon.

Really nice pictures. I especially like the Lightning with upswept wings. Do you have any closer pictures of that plane?

Not that I want to steal the idea or nothing. ;)

I love you for being able to work the macro and zoom functions on your camera.

Great pics. They make me want to get off my bumba and go paint the planes I have.
