This is only a rough list and its not been fully thought through but this is only a list to show me what i need to buy in the long run. I want this to be a fun fluff army list so i can easily change it to new rules(in the years to come).

I like it over all, but would tweak some things.

Clanrats look good. Never can have too many units of 30.

Slaves won't win combat. They are very effective in units of 20.

PWG... Fine. I like to use units of 2 as a throw away unit.

Giant Rats... Under appreciated. I like to run them in units of 4 packs. Makes them cheap & effective RnF combat block.

Night Runners are way too big. You'll be happy with unit size of 5-9.

Storm Vermin win through combat res. I'd bulk them up to 25 & buy them shields for the +3 save with hand weaps.

Jezzails... At 4k you will see dragons, giants, treemen, & other big uglies. Jezzails are what stop them from steamrolling your army & 5 will make 1 wound before they are dead. Take 12 - 20. At 2k that is just wrong, but at 4k they won't seem overpowered.

Rat Ogres... eh... might be fun to play with. Biggest problem with RO's is that there are betters places to put your points.

Plague Monks are very killy. They won't win with CR, but by killing everything in front of them. No reason to take more than 12 - 18 arranged 6 wide.

Gutter runners... nice.

Censor bearers... Never can have too many. I'd take as many units of 10 as I legally can.
