Heya, I'm in a mind to start up a WFB army again and am loving the new Black Orc sets, so I was wondering if the army list for Grimgor's Ardboyz is still legal to use in a "without opponents consent" manner.

If not, what would be a good way to make an effective Orc army centered around these bad boyz?

Really, this has been discussed multiple times.

At a tournament, consult the people running the tournament and check with them.

At regular play, there's nothing stopping you from playing the list with or without a few changes to some of the rules.

Ignore those who say it's broken just because it's no longer legal at Grand Tournament play.

You'll have to forgive me if I bring up a topic that's been discussed already, as I've been away from Warhammer for quite a while.

You can make a better list with the normal O&G list honestly. I was considering making one, then I realized the normal O&G list can make it better. Sure, you don't get the Idol of Gork, and you have to take a couple of core units (I was gonna take Spider Riders, cheap and poisoning attacks). Really though its a better list, more flexible, and GT legal.
