the points cost for the BSB is wrong, im guessing that you only paid for the gore banner and not the upgrade to BSB, the actual points should be 114

any particular reason for a mortal sorcerer? Bray shamans are cheaper and do the same thing. Bray staff may also be drain of points, unless casters are planning on doing some hand to hand.

Seems fine bar what those before me have already pointed out.
Nothing particularly special about the list.

If by "balanced and non-beardy" you mean "weak" then yes,it is.
I dont see the point of the mortal mage, swap him for a bray shaman with a braystaff and power familiar.

like the other said i tink the mortal mage its there for decoration, i think the shaggoth its to expensive for the number of kill he can do, you maybe replace him for more gor or bestigor, you can also improve your list if you add more demonette. Minotauresare really god to and if you really want one more big monster in your army you can add a doombull.

maybe some warhound would be cool for screen. And it's a thorn for your opponants

Yes warhounds always. They are the speed bumps that you need.

where will the mortal mage go? He canlt join anything and will get shot to pieces.

A few things:
You can't make Beasts broken unless you go chariot heavy.
Why take a shield on a hero with a GW when they are in a unit?
The list is kinda weak. You need about 3 solid herds, not the support ones that are there. So herds of 17/21 strong with full command and a hero. Dropping in a giant and a shaggoth might be tricky to pull off.
