I don't think Inquisitors get banned/Excomunitcatedas such, but if they do some thing bad eough they will be declared Tratior and Extreme Diabolicus.

there is also rules for more types of Ad Mech and their varrious warband liklys, on the speaclist games area of GW site. will post a link later if able to.

Inquisitors don't get fired, they get burned.

Yeah, this type of warband would be pretty tough to do, as he wouldnt be fired per se, but would be hunted endlessly by other Inquisitors. That, and doesnt the adMech think that the Emperor and the Omnissiah are the same, sort of like the holy trinity?

Well, that might be kind of hard, as has been said; you don't get fired from the Inquisition, you get killed by your colleagues. You could instead run an AdMech explorator warband and have the leader be a former Inquisitor hiding under an assumed name. That could be a plot point in the campaign. Or perhaps running him as he's stealing texts, or immediately after the fact when he has to hide his actions would be a better idea.

For example, my Inquisitor is a radical Ordo Xenos Inquisitor who beleives that the Adeptus Mechanicus is ruining the Imperium with thier insular and backwards ideas on technology. To that end he purposely foils AdMech archeotech expeditions, trades technology with the Tau, and generally beleives that the Tau are surpassing the Imperium because they aren't saddled with a bloated techno-religion. Now, this character isn't exactly working against the Inquisition, he thinks he's helping the Imperium. But he has to constantly hide behind the "all this technology is the Rogue Trader's, I'm just commandeering it in the name of the Inquisition" excuse, and he has to hide his radical ideas, and has even killed an Inquisitor in the past to do so. The hiding and sneaking around and sweating that you've been found out is more interesting than simply breaking with the Inquisition, at which point you'd simply be an enemy warband to most folks.

Not quite.

Some branches of the Ad Mech believe that the Ommisiah is the Emperor but much more believe that the Emperor isn't any relation to the Machine God. In fact some are even working to try and find the Ommisiah and raise him up as the head of a new Emperium. I found from somewhere an ad mech faction description which had all this on it.
