Yep, I actually bought some models based on a competitive list
Bought Friday, went out Saturday and now it's Sunday, so I'm making them, and here's the results (so far):
Autarch with Fusion Lance (http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w236/UltimateNagash/P1030406.jpg)
Yeah, you read right, a Fusion Lance. It's just a Fusion Gun (rules wise), but it looks cool, plus I'm a cheapskate and didn't want to buy a second Autarch model for the Fusion Gun... ;)
Dire Avengers (http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w236/UltimateNagash/P1030402.jpg)
Yeah, five done, four are armless so they'll be painted first before I put their arms on...
CoD Jetbike (http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w236/UltimateNagash/P1030407.jpg)
I thought it would be cool having a squad of jetbikes flying through the city, so here's the first one. I'll probably nick some of my mates brothers city stuff for rubble (and a dead Marine :D)
Second: one Marine being shot to bits by a Jetbike flying over a wall
Third is going to be swerving down a corridor on his side
What the smeg is this? (http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w236/UltimateNagash/P1030405.jpg)
Guess... :D
Banners/Markers (http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w236/UltimateNagash/P1030401.jpg)
Yeah...
I'll add up my Rangers when I've painted them, the finished completely unknown model and the Dire Avengers (10 of them)... Then it's off to buy some new models for a 750 point army, Guardians, Dark Reapers and then who knows? Whatever I need (of course)
What do you think?

Hmm, nice looking stuff so far; interesting conversion on the Autarch and the jetbike base is nice too.

Oh, it's a War Walker :p

Any idea what colour scheme you'll be doing?

Beil Tan! Cause it's easy for me to paint :D
Regal Blue for the DA

And yes, it is a War Walker :) Have a cookie (http://photo.bldesign.org/photos/misc/cookie.jpg)
I'm leaving it all to dry and finish doing it's sticky glue magic before doing any more ;)
Glad ya like it

Excited! The idea of having a squad of jetbikes zooming through a city is great! I can see it in my minds eye. Dont just plonk a bit of scenery on a plastic base though..really go for it and use your imagination to get something dynamic. I believe you can!

I'm going to have one Marine being shot to bits by a Jetbike flying over a wall, and the third is going to be swerving down a corridor (on his side of course :D)
As you can tell, I know what I'm doing ;)
Should have the models done when I can get a Marine :D and when the visitors to my house come and go (so about Tomorrow evening :))
Thanks though
