OK im thinking of starting an angmar army cause i didnt want to do mordor cause it seems to common. Anyway what books (suppliment books) are based on angmar cause the only thing i got is rulebook (mines of moria)

The book you need is the "Ruin of Arnor". That contains the basic list, and the rules for everything in it.

If you wish to ally with other things, then you will have to have other books, of course.

But everything you need to start with is in that one book.

Yep it includes everything you need (besides the game rules etc.) to play. It has the stats of all basic Angmar heroes and warriors, background, Summary list, some tactical advice and painting advice (not that great compared to some others) and two sample army lists.

For your models, buy some Orc Warriors which you can paint however you want, including beastly or ghastly designs on their shields as you wish (because the orcs are more of wild thigns that aren't exactly mordor orcs...)
Also grab a hero, whichever you like to lead your troops.
Get them painted and take them down to your local GW to play some games.
