was just thinking do squig hoppers get an armour save ?

use them all the time never givin them one cuz of the herder relation and the fact the night gobbo does not attack , but then just figured ,,, i could be wrong could hoppers be super awesome and the points i pump into my 25 hopper unit acuallly be worth it ? surely not in a o&g army

So no questioning if they are worth it. They are.

ive also seen them lose to units of zombies (from the squigs side) and have never seen them last that long with toughness 3, 15 points each is a bit steap

7 squigs is the best size imho, more and you pay for minis that won't hit, less, and, well, you have less attacks.
Squig hoppers are awesome for flanking things, but they won't fare well against things like large undead units that can't be broken. But against about anything else, they rule.
