Okay, put me off buying the thing. maybe I'll just get the Shelob model and stick on a Gobbo boss on there. Sounds like a much better idea. :P

Not as impressive thoughFor all the pain to build it, got to admit it should look nice painted.
Well, have to see if Shelob is any easier to build, though. But if I ever get a second gigantic spider, I'll do just that for varieties sake.
Small update, but no pics: I've repositionned 5 wolves (see the pic of one earlier in this topic). I'll have to do five scenic bases for them, then some painting, and hop! A new bowblin () wolfrider unit

Now I feel quite intimidated by the spider that's on its journey here. I've never pinned nor drilled and I tend to get a bit frustrated when things won't go my way after numerous tries. Seems like I've just ordered a test. Well at least it looks sweet and should be rewarding in the end
Your work and your greenskins are lovely and your painting is wonderful. 21 pages of picture heaven. Thank you for a great plog which I'm sure have given many of us here inspiration to continue our own projects.

They got me back to my Errant Knights and for that I'm forever grateful. Got around 2-3 left and one more day to finish them. It's thanks to the project logs on warseer I've actually gotten this far and your work was a great source of motivation for me. You deserve the praise, more than you know

Well thanks, but where's YOUR plog?![]()

My 5 repositionned wolves. Now I need to make propper scenic bases, I want to make a crumbled wall that spans over all 5 bases, with the wolves leaping above or running around it.

Little update:
Sorry for the dark pic, I shouldn't take them when it's night time.
Considering the new scenarios, well, they get a standard now. Considering the hellish heat and how drowsy I am, I forgot to put a musician. Darn. Going to swap the one on the white wolf. Why the heck is that wolf made of white (well, very very light grey) plastic, I know not.
The wall is actually sculpted, but well you can only see a big white blob there. Nevermind I guess >>
Side note: I got my 8th ed book today![]()

they are some nice little wolf riders! really like how the wall just makes them seem so much more alive than the standard set, with all new cav sets coming out over last couple years its nice to see an old one look as god as its new stylish contenders!
Really like all your Orcs and Goblins stuff, and those converted Chaos Dwarfs are awesome!

The arabyan carpet will make my general even faster. He usually hangs behind the lines, out of LoS, and jumps here and there to lend his Ld where needed. Up till now he'd do so with a wolf, well, he'll get even faster. Good, good. Now that attacks are I based, and since trolls are I1 (...), I couldn't care less if they fail their stupidity test right in front of the enemy now, they don't need to charge anymore, so depending on the situation, Snotgob may leave the unit and make a suicide charge towards an enemy character and challenge away, while the trolls are left to bumble forward on their own, it's fine as long as they're more or less in a position in which the unit in front of them (hopefuly some knights) is forced to charge them.

A lot of work left to do obviously, but it's shaping up nicely I think.

About time I left a comment here!
Great Army, great wolves! This unit looks exceptionally dynamic. One has the picture of them jumping wildly over the wall, hunting down whoever is unlucky enough. Movement very well captured. All the more impressive if thinking of the source material.
The list is cool too. Would like to see this army put up in a pic.
Cheers
Bart
EDIT: I might have the missing crewman from your skullcrusha spare. Must look. Tell me if you still need it.

Man, I do! just name your price (be reasonable though)
Anyway, thanks, always nice when people praise your stuff
The list in pic wouldn't look cool for now, my common gobs on foot are either metal or undercoated white, and the general ain't sculpted yet (apart from his head). If I were to post about everything I'm working on, that plog would be twice as big![]()
