Huh, so they've made it so you don't want to shoot at least one of the Claptraps. I've only played partway through BL1, and I hate the damned things.

Too much plastic crack, not enough time or money.

Oh you still want to shoot him, but you will smile while doing it.

Bugbait, I started collecting White Dwarf at issue 212 but throughout my time I did get a few earlier issues, including issue 204 and 208, but not 205. Luckily on the inside cover of 208 is your ship you are after.

Give me a few and I will snap a photo for you of the crashed spaceship.

In the meantime, have you seen this?: http://www.ironhands.com/daunt.htm

Edit: as promised, I kept it big, probably bigger than you need. It is over half a meg but it should give you all the detail albeit from that one angle. I will keep looking, I might find more snaps of different angles yet.

I used to have that WD that showed how they made that crashed space ship. The largest section was an old Star Wars toy if I remember correctly. Sadly I had to give away my collection when I moved to the UK. Couldn't afford to ship them over here.

Thanks for that Shady, I do like the Ironhands ship, very nice work, I like how everydays bits are hidden on the ship!

@HP I do search the toy shops on occasion but have not seen anything that looks that good!

Used a Coke can base to make a small satellite dish, will make a few more of these as well as a larger version when I can find a dish shaped object.

Very nice. Are you going to do any long or double wide versions of these?
