what did you use to tone down the green and yellow. Filters, oils, washes?

Dear boy, that is an absolutely delicious Baneblade. Words of praise fail me. It's just too good!
Too many tanks? Impossible!

@ Still learning: I made up a wash from 'Burnt Sienna' & 'Raw Umber' Artists' oil paint diluted with white spirit. I find it flows over the sprayed paint a lot easier than either a wash or ink. It does take a lot longer to dry (overnight) and if you are too heavy handed will rub off acrylic paint.
@ gamble: I sort of pinched it from Forge World and a Tamiya tank model of a T-55. If you look at the latest releases from Forge World (SHADOWSWORD etc) they now all have extra front track guards. I used the old dozer blades mainly because I had them, once trimmed were a perfect fit with a bit of pining and they also reminded me of a T-55 (once the gaps on the front were filled in). I also got the idea for the bits of cam on the nets from the Imperial Armour Apocalypse book.
@ MrP: Thank you Sir, you are too kind!

Wouahh!
A lot of very good ideas : tools on the fenders, laser rangefinder, hessian tape nets and so...
Good weathering effect too : your BB really looks like a veteran!
Awesome tank!!! Nice paint job.
It´s only a game if you win! If you lose it´s a waste of time

VERY good effect on the lights, they just look like real lenses!
Could you explain how do you work on it?
Thanks a lot, I recently found you ongoing IG thread and looking at your tanks you don't need any help!
It's the lazy approach; base coat the whole thing black, paint the middle 3/4 white leaving a black surround. Stand the model on its back so that the lights are pointing up and with a well loaded brush flood the head light with Tamiya clear paint, in this case the front lights were painted 'clear smoke' and the rear lights 'clear red'. Let it dry completely then give it another coat. It pools into the recesses leaving the base colour showing through and as its very glossy it gives real highlights as opposed to painted ones. A bit of a cheat, but I don't care as it looks the part ( It also works well over yellow paint).
very nive panzer! I Love the weathering and camo... GREAT JOB!!! *thumbs up*
