First post on this thread but have just skimmed through it quickly and am looking forward to having a proper read over it. I love your tanks and would like to see more infantry *hint hint nudge nudge*. The camo netting is lovely and am planning on using it with my guard. For some reason alot of the pictures are coming up saying that they are unavailable due too to many views, i dont understand it myself but it is a shame.

Cheers chaps. I've not finished any terrain bits for a while, but just finished this off, primarily to mount on a vehicle, but got hold of an extra base to use as a terrain piece. The radar dish is from Quantum Gothic :

Hmmm ... maybe a trailer for the genny . . . Yes cables, have been pondering how to do those . .

Anyhow, Radar dish's ride is done:

I really do love those BOARS, and the QG stuff looks great on them too.

I've had my eye on some Quantum Gothic stuff for ages, they do make some lovely stuff.

It's amazing to see that after all the years and all the models done, you seems to be as fan as ever of your IG, always adding new vehicles and troopers.

Very nice conversions, as always, and your realistic and gritty paintjob fits very well your IG.
Hope to see more of your stuff soon, man !

Re: Ash's ever expanding Imperial thread

I have painted nearly 300 marines as well, but I do like my Guard. I'm starting to feel the pull of the FW Elysian models . . .

I've never been keen on the old paint job on this lot (don't fit in with anything else) and as I'm out of IG troops to paint, I feel a change of uniforms is in order . . .

I love your guard!! You've got such a wide range of styles and models but somehow you tie it all in together...

Gives me inspiration for my own rag tag force, can't wait to see what you do with that latest selection because most will feature in my army too.

    Keep it up.

@ Ghod: I quite like the rag-tag feel; remnants of other units that have been reduced in strength and amalgamated

The first ten have had new kit issued . . .

I think for continuity the SGT should get a maroon beret.
