To change a bit, I've worked on some BFG, with some Khorne:

    "Unforgivable", Devastation cruiser:

    "Deathblade", Murder cruiser:

    Squadron of Iconoclast:

    Despoiler Battleship "Fortress of Agony":

A necron fleet start for a friend:

Thanks, it was my first try with the airbrush to do a better looking "space", I'm happy with it. The little stars are just made with an old toothbrush and some diluted white.
Some dude on the bfg french forums makes some crazy stuff, I need to improve this

Ha - just gone back and seen what you mean - it does look good! It's always the subtle things that you only notice on a second viewing that make a great paintjob. Great looking fleets.

That chaos fleet is excellent. I tried a few years ago to do something similar, but yours look so much nicer. I also like the reposing on the Necron ships, keep up the good work.

Edit cause i'm a fool!: that's no reposing, that's the wings of the central ship! Still, excellent work (going to hide in embarrassment )

Thanks for the positive feedback guys !

Well, I've painted it quite fast,: for primary colour like Navy blue or Khorne red, you can use an army painter spray can, paint the metal pieces, and soak all the mini whith a big brush using some GW or Vallejo shade.
I've got an airbrush too but spray can paint stick really harder thanks to the solvents, and no need to clean it up.
Then you work on the details & highlights. I think I've spent more time on the bases than on the khorne ships !

Necrons are more time consuming because of the lining but it looks cool.

I love how you show so much support to the smaller scale games. Makes me jealous every time I look at it. I can imagine I could scratchbuild a Necron fleet though. That might be a cool sideproject sometime in the near... never... Ugh, too many projects, too little time.

Keep up though! At least someone who shows them love.

Great Chosen, the blue and bronze colour scheme is a winner!

Liking the use of the Horror standard too.

    Great work mate
How do you achieve the yellow on the Bad Moons? I've been thinking about using enamels, any suggestions?

Re: Napalm's log of doom (BFG, 40k, battle & Epic)

    Thanks for your comments !

For epic bad moons, my first are a bit too bright, I've improved my painting since.
Yellow is boring. Tamiya yellow too, don't know for enamels but in general yellow pigments aren't very covering whatever the medium is.
    I would either go for:

    -White undercoat
-Ylanden sun foundation (or new equivalent one)
    -paint the details
    -wash of badab black
-1 colour highlight for each colour (with a bright yellow for the yellow)

Maybe with this one they won't be too bright, if you want very bright bad moons, same thing with a bright yellow instead of ylanden sun.
Or as you seems to have a ton of ork to paint, go for a army painter yellow spray can and directly use this for the undercoat.

I'm going to Japan for the next 2 weeks, so no updates in this plog !
    Have fun guys.

    Well well...
Haven't painted much since my trip to Japan.
Here is 6 prussian Reiver class Cruisers for Dystopian wars:

The rest of the fleets (one for me, one for a friend at my club) will come in the next weeks.

    Whoa! Back from the dead.
The warriors look excellent man, love the colors!
Seems they're well enough painted to deserve a bigger photo, eh?
