Thread: ... no walk in the park - titanproject #2

Re: ... no walk in the park - titanproject #2

is there any way to get some front teeth without sacrificing the jumping ramp? i love the idea that this things gonna be blowing smoke out of its nose dragon-like, but as it is right now it looks like the guns are in its mouth rather than its nostrils - an idea i dont find as appealing.

(i had to strain to think up something critical to say. those legs are the new worldwide standard for large scale projects)

    good and valid point ...
    ...
i think i solved the problem you were pointing at right now ....
i simply added a movable row of upper and lower front teeth. when assaulting the teeth can be moved to the floor and the ceiling to enable the marines to leave the vehicle via the mouth ....
    .

so what do you think ... ?

Nostrils of death! NOSTRILS OF DEATH! Seriously though, this is a whole level I've not encountered in many eyars of warseer surfing. Going to have to steal some of your DNA for testing ; )

amazing solution. i like how you chose to have them fold IN rather than a buck-teeth out which is probably the more intuitive ramp-style choice. youve definitely chosen the cooler alternative.

I saw your first titan. That thing was plain ******* kick-ass.

I saw the beginning of your new titan some time ago and thought, meh, cool.

I saw the new shots on the legs, and now i can't find my lower jaw.

You sir, is hereby the best scratchbuilder i have ever encountered on the internet. Keep it up.

wow ... and again ... : thanks for all that realy motivating responses !!! :-)
i think i have another spoiler for you showing an alternative "layout" pretty close to the warlords. choosing this layout would make the titan become ~ 60cm tall. (14cm more than the new fw-reaver.)

maybe one castle wall section less? i liked the compactness of the first lego build. i think i'd need to see what you have in mind for such a large torso, cuz it just looks kinda disproportionate the way it is now

i like it how it was before now its to high up, before it looked like a wolf on the hunt, "with its head low" now it looks like a werewolf or sometin.

    just my 2-cents

    other than that its FANTASTIC!

Absolutely mind blowing conversion you've got there but I too would suggest hunching it back over again like a wolf hunting.

Personally I think those amazing legs you've built should be a major focus of the model so they deserve to be disproportionately large compared to the body (and aesthetically speaking it just looks cool that way).

I can't wait to see the finished product. Godspeed sir.

Looking very, very nice, although, I am not completely sold on the VMB in the snout, of course, if you still make it with two arms, one of which will be an open arm used for "gently" moving buildings out of the way, then I'm sold
