Well, not in Britain, where they went up to £18 like all the others.
I don't know if drawing attention to it is a good idea, but personally I'm more perturbed by the fact that you can still get a Juggernaut of Khorne with Rider for £10... when the cost of a Chaos Lord on foot is £10. Although that is 40K, where prices are even sillier than Warhammer Fantasy.
