HI every1
Ive been working on this bourd for a while and now its finished i thought id put up some pic for you all.
Unfortunatly im selling it soon (need the money) But il be playing on lots until christmas.
Its made with sugar and gravle which i think came out quite well?
What do you think??
Its a pretty nice board. I like that you didnt overdo the snow. Maybe you should give the black rocky parts a grey drybrush? It'll bring out the definitions of the texture and stop it looking shiney (though that may just be the pic).

The rock is meant to be a gloss black pirate jimm
I looked at some pics of the arctic and thats what colour they were. It looks like ice has frosen on the rocks from up close.

wow, thats a very cool board indeed, i love that big valley running down the middle, it looks like the perfect place for a hellish ambush, very dramatic.

Indeed, a very cool board (oh aren't puns fun), I love the effect of the snow, cheap and very very effective, absolutely lovely.
And also, every1 is actually spelt with an o, an n, and an e, so for good measure include them in some order at the end of the word, something like this: everynoe, or everyoen, better yet, everyeno.
And Deadly Headly, I assume you can spell mate correctly?

how big is the bunker? it sounds intruiging, can't wait to see it finished!

OT that is one cool board, how did you do the sugar part, it looks sweet (both puns intended)
I am a big fan of this sort of board thoug, anything that moves away from the standard "small village, feild, road, maybe a river" layout is a good move in my opinion.
By not using the bunker it is quite possible to pay either WHFB or even LOTR at a stretch here.

It looks like the trees are based seperately, is this correct? I am also assuming that the board is 4x6.
It looks very nice. I think the black glossy rock compliments the snow nicely. It is great to see some original terrain ideas. Since it appears modular may we see some other configurations?

The bourd is fine for playing fantasy because the bunker has a arched stone entrance.
Lord of the rings would need some good story to it e.g and ice age in midle earth
The trees are based seperatly (on c.d's) And will have grass added in places.
The last non gorge bourd is modular but unfortunatly it was impossible to make the other two modular. il put some pics of other combos soon with the finished bunker.
