This is fine, though 3 extra re-rolls might be a bit much, really.

Two Strike cruisers, even when squadroned together, are rather weak. I'd go with at least 3, and 4 is even better.

Imperial ships, when used on their own, suck, so you pretty much always need to squadron them (exception being battleships, and even then...), so you need at least two of each at any time to be efficient (you can make mixed-type squadrons, but those are always less efficient than "pure" squadrons). So either go with two Dictators or two Mars, but not one and the other. Which you choose is dependant on wether you like nova cannons a lot or not.

The Tyrant really only is effective against the Eldar, and ONLY when you give it the range upgrade. If you are serious about using them, give them the upgrade (and remember to squadron them together). I would personnaly got with either Lunars of Gothics, but that is up to you.

This is fine, somewhat, but you might want to scrap both and get falchions instead, which combine the capabilities of both types of ships into one. A 6x strong squadron will give you Fp18 WBs and S6 torps, which is rather good.

Based on the above, I would suggest the following:

-Battlebarge with Master of the fleet: 475 pts
    -4x Strike cruisers: 580 pts
    -2x Mars or 2x Dictators: 540 or 440 pts
-2x Tyrants w/ range upgrade or 2x Lunars or Gothics: 390 pts or 360 pts
-4x Cobras and 3x Gladiuses or 6x Falchions: 255 pts or 210 pts

Total: from 2065 pts to 2240 pts

    Hope this helps

I agree with Van Doo's comments there. Strike Cruisers need to work together to be effective. Alone or in pairs they'll easily get eaten up. Trust me, I learned that the hard way

Same goes for escorts, really. I never take small escort squadrons anymore (1-4), because they're a distraction at best. If you have a squadron of 6 firestorms slowy flanking the enemy's battleship, he's going to have to be very, very careful. With 3 firestorms, all his units except his escorts should be able to soak up their fire pretty well.

A good mixed squadron I find to be a 3x Sword, 3x Firestorm squadron. At Fp18 and S3 lances, sneak that sucker up to the rear of the enemy formation, get them withing 15 cm of the rear of a ship, lock on and watch the sparks fly!

Yeah, I've used that formation on one occassion. Not bad at all.

By the way... I notice that this is a Solar Segmentum fleet. Which armylist are you using?
