    As varied as tzeentch

Hi there, im starting this log to get some feedback on the many different things im working on. This includes mordheim, necromunda, warhammer fantasy/40k and a few other systems too. To start things off these are for a mordheim warband based on the dynasty/samurai warriors games.

These two are Gan Ning and Dian Wei

and this one is called Huang Gai

Close, its Bryan Fury. That weird bit on his chest is a wound that will show off the generator thing that keeps him going.

    Nice work.

I'd like to see Lu Bu and "beautiful beard", in fact I practically demand it :P

@lordkhain: He used to but in DW6 they changed him to this

@Earthbeard: Just for you, here is my wip Guan Yu.

the hair is just to give it its initial shape it wont be that scruffy when im finished. His left hand will be stroking his beard. As for Lu Bu I most definatly want to make one but I dont know where to begin.

    and finally Zhuge Liang

Right ive started 2 more models Pang Tong

    and Sun Jian

both are very wip. Im starting Shingen Takeda tonight and then im focusing on getting some finished rather than having loads that are a wip. Also im going to start painting hasslefree's medevil children tonight aswell so keep an eye out for those in the next few days.

Progressing very nicely. Look forward to seeing more updates.

I can see why Guan has a beard with a horrible chin like that :P

    Re: As varied as tzeentch

Ok, update time. Ive been making slow and steady progress on my DW models as you can see here

    and here

the top one is pang tong and im going for the moth look thing he has going on in DW6 its not obvious now but he will have really long sleeves with a moth style eye on them an two feathers on his head antenna style. Its hard to make out in the pic but hes stooped, I did this but reversing the torso and gouging out a grove so his head could sit further down on the body almost ork style. He will be armed with a staff.

The bottom two are Zhuge Liang and Guan Yu. Zhuge Liang is about done he just needs a beard and a pin through his hat. Guan needs his sleeve finishing (there is only one) and a buckle thing on his front and hes done aswell.

On the painting side of things ive made a start on my finished DW models and HF,s medievile children, by christ they are small. Here is a pic with a marine for scale.

Dian Wei looks really close to the picture you based it on. Zhuge Liang's warfan is cool, nice use of High Elf feathery wotnots there. Guan Yu's pose is great, as is Gan Ning's. Which Mordheim Warband rules are you using for this lot?

Now that you said Videogame I´ll wildly guess Brian Fury from Tekken. Somehow he looks a lot like him to me (MAYBE it´s only the shirtless short-hair blonde merc look, though).

Anyway, the models look great ^^

    Re: As varied as tzeentch

Here is what ive been up to today. Ive nearly finished a rhino for my ghosts of the forge marines. They are salamander successors and as such use a lot of flames on there wargear only in blue.

Also because everybody likes a bit of oldschool check out these two chaos models.
the one on the left was damaged so I had to replace his mace with a zombie weapon and I used a nurgling to hide his damaged foot, i'll paint him nurgle style. The one on the right i'll paint in a tzeentch style.
