not the best pics to really see the mod, but looks like a solid enough start, i like the "doc oc" style armes from his back. and red robes are always a winner for me!

Looks awesome dude. Did something similar myself using sauron the necromancer as a basis, whats yours based on? keep up the good stuff mate.
the torso and robes are sculpted over a superglue lid and then the rest of the model is plasticcard and bits. I'l get some better pics of him soon, and hopefully I'l come around to painting him as well.

What else have you done for the army? Which list are you planning to use?
I have a squad of skitarii on the bench that is based on IG/bretonian men at arms with some serious alternations (I'l post some pics later today). There is also 15 metal servitors, 4 enginseers, 7 tech marines, a tactical squad, two small walkers, a dreadnought, a drop pod, a land raider, two rhinoes, a leman russ, a custom tank with a big servo arm, a retinue of differant metal servitors, a land speeder, some electro priests and last but not least my knight titan. As soon as I get some order in my pics and get some pics of the last things there will be some W.I.P posts.
I'm not designing my army to fit any army list as I am not intending to play with them as it is right now, it is purely a modelling project.

Those convertions are sick, everything really looks great and captures the feel of the AdMech perfectly.

Seriously great start to the army! You have some great ideas and obviously a fantastic bits box! I would say though that your execution seems a tad rushed. Slow down man- this is going to be great!!!

Your conversions are great, you really catch the essence of the Adeptus Mechanicus, i like a lot the skitarii.
What models do you use as base for them?
Other question, what rules will you use for them?

yeah I know they need some more work but they are still on the workbench, so they'll get some more attention as soon as I get some time
Nice models! Are you using bretonians as base models for your conversions? Really like the gas masks and the drill weapon!
