How are the Kheres-pattern assault-cannon working out for you? I remember some people had some casting-issues, which dissuaded me from getting any this time around.

I haven't had a problem with the assault cannons a bit of hot water and some green stuff / liquid green stuff solved any issues I had with it. There's no real issues with them however if you do have a molding issue then forge world is always very good at sorting out any issues.

Also got a recon squad for my birthday. Can't recommend these models enough.

I love the models, but my problem is that they are rather...lacklustre in the game with their sniper rifles. Good job on the Contemptor BTW.

Well that is true and they are very expensive in points but I plan to use them in 40k as scouts. Much better than the actual scout models. Put them in a ruin with Lysander and il have a 2+ cover save for them.

Sounds good, I'll have to get me some when I place my next FW-order (a way off, but still...). Looking forward to the Recon Squad. I too like the models a lot, and to see them in your yellow will be a treat!
