hey there fella's
i know the topic title sounds a bit strange...allow me to explain..
about a year ago me and me good buddy El Aartos (here be a link to his topic: http://warseer.com/forums/showthread...ghlight=aartos )
picked up warhammer, we always just used to paint models and we decided back then we would learn the game and just add our own flavour to it by just buying and painting waht we like.....we didnt know that was absolutely not possible nor did we know there actually were loads of gamers around to play with..
and as i am having 2 armies up and running..or at least as good as...i started brainstorming about something new... i had lots of models that i would like to use once but never found anything that was really cool enough for collecting one army...
so i picked a few things and started looking for what i can proxy the bunch...and it came down to wood elves...
so the models i picked will be on correct bases and will just use stats of different things...i hope my opponents will not mind too much...
i will make it absolutely clear what what is before is start the game...
what i basicly did now is grabbed the idea we had in the beginning and applied it to good rules...so its playable...
my idea came down to a bunch of thieves gathered from different races..bonded together to kill and steal whatever they can find of tomb kings treasury...
so the army will get a very egyptian look...
my wood elf army consists of
a spellweaver on eagle
2 branchwraiths
3 units of 11 dryads
2 units of 10 dryads
1 treeman
4 treekin
5 wildriders
and that be it..
nothing too bad...most likely a lot of fun
i hope i can excite you a bit as i am for sure..
besides i wont see my girlfriend for another 7 weeks and i have decided i have to finish this army so i can whoop her ass next time i see her...
orcs vs wood elves is bad...specially if the wood elves keep making a bunker...
but i think i did enough talky talky....
i think you all want to see how this is turning out..

since there will be ogres they brought this guy that is mainly a bit too happy...and he will well....splat things...

i have yet to take decent pics of him...
he is human btw...pretty much the guy that gives out the cash checks to the rest...haha
better pics are still to follow...but he has thot on his head....since thot stands for magic and so....
more gods will most likely come back...
and soon more pictures will come...i am always glad with C&C
