I just wanted to make a comment of concern over the amount of sag in that shed roof. It would be a shame if the amazing contents of that shed got damaged due to the failure of a roof.
I would suggest adding a lengthwise beam across both sides... that might give it some more rigidity along the length. Either that, or put some cross-beams in the middle to reinforce those support beams so they don't simply bow in and lose their strength. I know it would shorten the working height some, but it would help a lot in keeping the roof intact.
