I've seen a few here and there, but a quick google search takes me to this thread.

Thanks Dayspringer. No a fan of the conversion though, but to each our own, right? ^^ I've decided to stick with the daemonettes on steeds with some branches, will probably try the spine thing but if it looks silly I will just leave them as is.
Been a while since I uploaded something, went back home to meet the parents and brought lots of stuff to paint but had a real hassle to set up a painting corner there so I didn't manage much. Also, the heat has ben almost unbearable the last week so staying inside painting minis is like sitting in a sauna painting, not comfortable at all. Anyway, I do have something to post. I managed to finish my BFG table. Well there wasnt much to finish I just had to find the right MDF-board to use and then attach the spacemat I had bought earlier.

Also, since a lot of people post a pic of their working area, so will I.

These are all taking with my brand new camera by the way, no more cellphone camera for me! Yay! Anyway, Orks, BFG ships and a test-model for my Dryads is in the works so stay tuned fellow Adepts!

Your Ork ships look pretty cool, especially the engines. Your black and yellow scheme looks cool but I always found that Ork ships were supposed to be heaped together pieces of junk flying around space barely holding itself together each carrying a small army. Its hard to paint Ork ships in metal and random colors because it can look awful boring even if its being true to the backround, which if you arent trying to be true to the backround it doesnt really matter.

Thanks Gorthaur. Yeah I dislike metalcolors and I didn't want it to look like a flying cirkus so I went for the sleek yellow and black of the Bad Moons. I suppose all fluff-inquisitors will just have to live with that XD

Being lazy as I am I decided to join up on both the ToFP and To40KP to get things moving a bit. The 40K part will be my Bad Moons and my Ork Fleet for BFG and in Fantasy I will be painting my Forest Spirit Army. Speaking of them, I just finsihed my first testmodel. Microart Studio bases, some clump foilage, between experimenting with washes and drybrushing as well as my true love and only practice: layering. Mixed feeling about the model but I think I might be on the right track. Priming the model white was a bit of a misstake I think as the whole model got a lighter tone than intended and as I am no master of using washes and applying drybrushing I think I will have to prime it black to get a better result. Time will tell. Any feedback would be, as always, very awesome.
