A decent belt is going to cost you £20+... one with the 40K iconography a bit more... Ltd release adds a bit... so not too bad.
I wouldn't pay it personally, but not completely OTT IMO
While I agree with you in principle, that is NOT a decent belt. If it were leather, I might consider it a reasonable price.

If it's the metal version, then yes it can be said to be rare (he didn't say oop btw). As for the asked price, well the paintjob seems quite good, the armour seems to have been painted with lots of intricate swirl designs
