This is somewhat.... ambitious. It kind of resembles, well, something that fell off a car.
Trying to convince Warseer that GW are anything less than perfect is like trying to teach a horde of zombies that lettuce is a perfectly acceptable alternative to brains.

This price for three objectives markers seems quite steep!

That is just insane bidding. It started at 8.99 pounds, which seems quite fair.

Well, they do have a bunch of hired swords included as well. I think some of the items might be on the rare side - I don't think the Warlock (?) model is available direct any more, for instance.

I always liked that little Hydra - I sort of wish the Warhammer one were just an upscaled version of that one - love the pose.

Think I paid about £3 for mine... and this one seems somewhat damaged. Lead rot maybe?

Someone now on Ebay selling these two separately and splitting them up into bitz too.

    http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/New_Stuf...MINOTAURS.html

People are willing to pay £20 + postage for the figures individually boggles the mind. Having said that I have no idea how expensive FW p+p is so might be worthwhile in that regard.

How does that even happen? Who undercoats and then paints a model one part at a time? At first I thought maybe some things broke off and were replaced, but that wouldn't explain why the lower jaw is painted but the tongue is still blank metal...
    Awesome. Awesome to the head.

12-15% of the minis value unless you order a lot, then it's free. Unless you have no credit card, buying from a reseller is usually useless.

I have seen this before, either the painter uses brush on primer or transparent primer. Pretty rare though.

I also just noticed the hooves and claws, it's actually a Hippogriff, not a Griffon http://whfb.lexicanum.de/mediawiki/i...ass._Louen.JPG

EDIT: Started looking through the seller's other listings, this thing's a classic: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ork-Conver...#ht_500wt_1413

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Brand-New-...#ht_539wt_1396 is another real bargain. In mint condition, with only minor blemishing and a missing arm.

I especially like how it's labeled as "Nob with Klaw and Big Shoota" only to later have it mentioned that the Shoota is missing.

Come to think of it, I'm relatively sure I have that actual model unpainted and still in box...but it came with a Slugga, I thought (is that the Ork pistol?). It might just look like this one, though.

I think it was brought by someone who knows the seller. Some foul play.
