    Re: Command Russ

I like it! But it deserves a base... (I think all vehicles deserve bases).

I would personally leave out the flag though... and the white deathwing looking symbol. Because it's related to the Dark Angels so much. And the white is not as weathered as the rest of the camo pattern.

One other 'constructive criticism' - the main battle-cannon is not as goofy-scale as the original LR - this isn't so much a problem for me, but others might cry 'WYSIWYG' rules violation.

I love the turret though. It's so cool.

    What is the 'source' miniature?

The mini was a £3.99 crappy model from some newsagent, i too don't really like the flag but it hides an unsightly mold error and a coil of rope that is maybe 1:15 scale... I have been looking on the internet for other symbols to use instead so any ideas are welcome!

    Oh wow, that's pretty cheap.

I would've taken a hobby knife to the weird coil of rope and rebuild with plasticard.

Symbol wise - I would think a standard double-headed eagle of the Imperium would do. If you can't do free-hand, then just ask around for transfers from local players. You only need one or two. (Unless people are stingy... lol).
