Just for kicks since I forgot about them, here's a few pics of the last Apoc game I played. There's blue Tau and my IG against Black Legions and my roomie sporting my Iron Warriors.

We ended at about 11pm IIRC with the CSM forces still in control of two objectives and the IG/Tau in control of one (there was one in the middle of the river and two in the city that the IG needed to push the CSM's out of)

Twas a fun game with lots of sillyness.

How did you paint your tanks ? They have a really nice uniform look to them.

And how did you find the Pig Iron heads ? They dont look as detailed as the cadian ones but look better none the less. Im still tempted to rip all my Cadians heads off and start again with the pig iron ones. But i really dislike their command heads and the winter ones dont look much better. How much hassle is it fititng those heads to the cadian bodies ?

Primed black, painted using the Vallejo German Feldgrau (color 830), metal picked out in GW Boltgun Metal, gold stuff just Shining Gold, and other details picked out as needed, then washed (drenched) in Develan Mud and then Gryphonne Sepia washes.

The Pig Iron heads are pretty nice, the helmet looks much better than the Cadian one. The gas masks are simple, but easy to paint and you don't have to deal with painting faces, especially the Cadian faces where they all look like they are painfully constipated

It's not too hard to fit the heads, most of them I just cut them right off the metal sprue, shaved a little bit off the cut, and glued them on no problem
