    Nice minis!

As others have mentioned the crouching wrigtlord is the best. Cool pose on that one. Nice painting although it's a pity you have not cleaned mould lines :/ Keep it up.

    Forgotten minis

Thank you Morthai for your comments, I agree on the mold lines, no excuses.

I was thinking of my complete army when I'm finishing the last wraithlord. When did I field my Howling Banshees last time. I do not know. However I like the minis, therefore highlighted in this post, and next game they going to be part of the army for sure.

Until next time I will finshe the Wraithlord, what will you do?

Man I love your fire dragons!!!!!!!!!!! They are way sick!
and aside from them I really like your take on the dark reaper color scheme. Good work man, I cant wait to see how your harlies come out.

Is that the standard GW avatar? or is it Forgeworld? (I am eldar retarded, so I dont know) It looks like concept art of Maliketh

Indeed you do. Exciting to see you being so close to completion of the Eldar army. Already looking forward to the next project, and I'm not referring to the harlequins...

    The Wraithswords

Hello again, thank you for your post. Makes me litle bit more motivated to paint.

I have went thru all my figs and concluded that I need to paint the Wraithswords in metal to keep the colorscheam of the army. I might be flufwise incorect but it will keep a nice concistancy of my army.

The first layer of paint dryes as I'm typing...

    The Avatar Walks

After browsing the bell of lost souls i found a nice article about reverse highlighting. link
I got realy impressed by this approched and will try that one on my figure as well.

I also bought a new base for this guy after him being a bit jellouse about the Wraithlords sceinic bases.

So far my Avatar is just yellow...

Re: The finishing of my Eldar Army

Great blog so far. By far, I like the Fire Dragons the best. The transition of color on red/orange/yellow over black looks great. However, they seem to look so much better than the other 'blue' units. While they are a very clean paintjob, they just don't have the same, catchy, attention grabbing colors as the Fire Dragons. I do like having all the options built and painted for the Wraithlords, something I've never done. Also, the gems seem to be a bit 'meh' when just painted white. I know this can be one of the most time consuming areas when painting Eldar, but painting the gems really add to the minis.

All in all, great blog and I'm looking forward to further progress.

    Thank you:
@Son of Russ, I am glad that you like the kneeling guy, I am thinking of adding a fourth wraithlord also in a kneeling pose but shooty instead. The future will decide...
    @Serigar for your comments.
I am glad that you like te Fire Dragons.
I started to paint this army way back (read 10 years ago) and if have started now I would have painted the blue/black/white in a nother way most likely abit more clean.
Regarding the "gem's" I also agree they do is not as good as a "real" gem would be however this approach makes me first finish the army. After this I will go back and paint the soul stone on every model as a gem and thats it. If I hade taken the approach to paint all gems as gems I would probably be stuck still painting gems rather than finishing figures. :-)
I promise that the Avatar will only get "realy" gems and not meh white ones.

    Hey Bodde,

These are the best Eldar I've seen in a long time. Absolutely going to rate 5+ waiting to see the Avatar finished.

Nice! Finally the Avatar! I´d recomend using even brighter yello to really bring on the contrast.Check you tube. Blue table painting shows a painted avatar ang gives you a few good tips.

Sweet, though I think you need to work just a tiny bit more white into the cracks to really give the feel of immense radiating heat.
