A chapter is around 50000pts. Well, at least the polish guy (King artur in WD300) with a full Blood angel chapter says his army is worth ≈50000pts.

dig your WD out - it didnt have a 1000 marines, it didnt have all the transports etc either.

GW a few years ago made a list of every single guy in the DA Chapter *minus a few serfs and non-combat folks that they left a little vague*

He has the full chapter and if he were to field it all runs roughly 65k or more

sorry but both you and sigur aren't even close in your estimations, if a chapter consisted only of 1000 tacticals it would already cost 15k points

i'd say that 50k+ is a more reasonable estimation

Usually whenever I set a budget it tends to go out the window once the stores open
But Ill probably spend close to 500, I dont really need much for tech or any big ticket items. On BF my sister and I usually grab stuff for my younger siblings from our parents and I dont even what to know how much they spend on BF

Holy cow, I'm glad I'm not the only person who the title of the thread, the subforum in which it was located, and assumed the OP was asking about the Warseer Chapter, and specifically the miniatures that have been assembled and sent in.
