Aww, you guys! I meant gameplay-wise.

Honestly... it's like being back at high school sometimes.

Although Kaya does look quite tasty, and the artwork for the bloodtrackers is... enticing to say the least

    Aspis

    http://privateerpress.com/warmachine...warjacks/aspis

A marvel of Iosan force mastery, the Aspis is an unmistakable sight on the battlefield. The myrmidon is equipped to manipulate its own protective field dynamically and can catch bullets with it before they strike. A stalwart guardian of its controlling warcaster, the Aspis can smash even the largest enemies backward with blows of its force-enhanced fists to keep its master safe from harm.

Well...I like it. The shield generator "hands" are pretty cool-looking. Other than that, it's a basic Light Myrmidon.

A basic Light Myrmidon with 10 boxes on the forcefield that can regenerate just like the Phoenix
It also has shield guard and I believe it has beat back too. For only 4 points!

I will definitely be picking this baby up. My scyir will love him.

Intresting stuff in wrath. A demolisher (a devesator with cannons instead of rain of death) and some pics of the new man o' war, whcih either have been repainted and remodeled or are comic out in plastic. And a Nemo model that isn't epic or normal. any thoughts on this. I won't ruin it anymore for anyone who hasn't read it yet unless we get the go ahead to on this thread

The Man O'Wars are coming in plastic. They are in the starter set in September for starters.

Also, the long awaited MoW Bombardiers are supposed to show up in September as well. Of course, many Khador players will believe it when they see the models for real (pics are in "Wrath" if you look closely).

Re: Forces of Warmachine: Books and New Models

So I finally got my copy of wrath. Very impressed with a lot of models and the background as usual.

As usual with a privateer release, it makes me question my choice of faction. So much amazing stuff all over. Scaverous is a frightening caster, and the new myrmidons for retribution have some interesting toys.

Still looking forward to putting Constance and Gallant on the field, however. And the Avenger and Minuteman are ridiculously useful warjacks.

Putting up the last plastic Prime Chassis lights today.

    Sentinel

    Nightwretch

And I assume the Redeemer will be showing up in a bit.

I'm reminded of how much I like the Sentinel model - might have to get one.

Re: Forces of Warmachine: Books and New Models

so got some art work for our new dominion casters copyed form ed blog

First up is Master Ascetic Naaresh by Andrea Uderzo. Not only did Andrea do the illustration for this wicked Skorne warlock, he did the concept art from the ground up. Skorne players will love Naaresh on the battlefield as both a great giver and taker of pain.

Next we have Baldur the Stonesoul by Nestor Ossandon. I love this dynamic “hood down” version of Baldur kicking ass.

Re: Forces of Warmachine: Books and New Models

    Skorne warlock is lovely.

Baldur is a bit "meh" from an alteration standpoint (so were the other 2 Circle Epics, though), but if they copy that pose to the model, I'll be happy.

Do a search on Lock & Load. They announced it there. I overheard both the names "Ultimate" and "Legendary" as the 3rd type.
