Once a proud Tharn king, Ghetorix was bested in combat and captured by Kromac for defying Morvahna the Autumnblade. As penance for his defiance, Morvahna forced the warpwolf elixir upon the defeated king, transforming him into one of the fiercest warpwolves the Circle has ever known.

Ghetorix’s thirst for blood and hunger for violence is legendary. His howled battle cry sets his foes’ hair on end, breaking spirits even before his axe and teeth bite into flesh. Ghetorix’s bloodlust is slaked only when he stands knee-deep in the entrails of the fallen, his jaws dripping with gore.

The Ghetorix character warpwolf upgrade kit comes in a blister (PIP 72062). The Ghetorix character warpwolf upgrade kit is NOT a complete model. Players will need a Circle Orboros Feral/Pureblood/Stalker Warpwolf Kit (PIP 72057) in addition to this kit. A player may field one Ghetorix in a Circle Orboros army.

Too bad Warmachine's conversion kits suck, the two they've shown for Hordes so far are excellent.

Er...what do you have against the conversion kits?

They're incredibly boring compared to the original Character Warjacks, and in most cases look like a (very) slightly modified version of an existing Jack (which I realize is what they were going for, but it's still not nearly as interesting as the original character Jacks).

Ahhh! I misunderstood your post the first time - you said Warmachine and I read it as Privateer for some reason. My bad. Yeah, I'll agree with you there - Beast 09 and Draigo are miles ahead of Torch and Black Ivan, despite all of them being "upgraded" versions of existing 'jacks.

Proteus and Ghetorix are especially nice looking - but the previous Hordes characters didn't seem as "intense" as some of the Warmachine character 'jacks.

Well it kinda looks like the first snow ball will cause it to fall over. The feet are way to small, and the whole pose gives me the creeps.

It's pretty easy to repose and with a resin body will be more stable than just in metal.

I kind of like the discordia one....though it still looks rather similar to the base warjack.

I don't get that vibe from the mini. Too bad.

The foot being off the ground means that a lot of mass is on a small ankle joint, which made it difficult to assemble and keep in one piece when made out of metal. You and I could fix that easily enough, but a lot of Warmachine players can't or won't.

The proportions look off compared to the new plastic heavies in the range. The chassis, hands, calves, ankles, bombards, "loin cloth" plate and maintenance hatch are all less beefy than their normal Khadoran counterparts these days. The mounts for the bombards look as if they were clumsily bolted on (they would look better if integrated into the chassis). The bulging armor around the head looks like it doesn't belong. The joints are all posed, but the position of the hip and each limb seems unrelated to the others so it's left looking awkward. In short, it looks like a jumble of poorly-fitting pieces strapped together rather than a single machine. Designed by committee, you might say.

I'd ignore that model entirely and make a Behemoth out of the plastic kits with a little help from my bitz box so that it looks better beside the rest of the range.

That and I have heard horror stories about assembling the behemoth. Pinning is a must.

United by shared faith and a deep fraternal bond, the Knights Exemplar are the embodiment of absolute obedience and are ready and eager to shed blood in Menoth’s name. For each brother who falls in battle, his comrades are invigorated by his sacrifice and become ever more resolute and unwavering in pursuit of holy war.

well there an improvment on the metal ones

I was wondering when they'd put those up, since the metal ones have had "Classic" attached to them for awhile now. I do prefer them to the originals - I'll be picking up a box or two (am I still considered crazy for running multiple Exemplar units? I haven't looked into lists and tactics for like a year...)

They don't. They do a mixture of both.

    Do you like eKreoss?

I do prefer these exemplar units to the originals, despite the originals having nice flowing cloaks. These will be a god send purely for the plastic, errants and knights are just so prone to throwing themselves apart.

I often run 2 units of Exemplars. Got in the top 5 of the last steamroller I was in with an eFeroa list with Exemplars flanking the main force on both sides. Errants out in front supported by a Vanquisher, Crusader and bonded Redeemer with obligatory Menite support troops and a unit of TFG.

Happy that they are releasing them in plastic though as the metal ones were a nightmare to put together. I've also got used to the plastic that PP uses (although they still put mold lines in the worst possible places!)

Hypnos, a myrmidon of the most exacting construction, is of the creation of Lord Arcanist Ossyan's own labors. The lord arcanist has forged an insoluble connection with Hypnos, allowing it to draw energy from Ossyan and become an extension of his abilities. In his presence the myrmidon’s phase gun is imbued with synchronized energy; those struck by it become nonconductive to mystical channeling, thwarting the use of arc nodes as well as the delicate synergy between warbeast and warlock. Once it closes upon an enemy warjack, Hypnos pounds it with fists armed with specially-designed force projectors. Even a glancing blow from these weapons can stagger a warjack as its cortex signals overload, causing it to seize up and become helpless.

Aw, Hypnos is cute - I like him. He doesn't really look all that "character" special, but then most of the Warmachine upgrades haven't without a more prominent paintjob.
