My Imperial Guard project log:

Since we discuss the newest of news, models or otherwise, here are the spoiled Gargantuan rules (well, some of them).
The Archangel has a P+S 19 Bite attack.
Her Bite attack has the special ability Consume (not critical).
She can make Ride By attacks.
The Woldwrath’s animus reads something like the following:
RNG:Self Cost:2
Druid’s Wrath- Friendly faction models gain boosted magic attack rolls when targeting enemy models within 10” of this model.
The Mammoth’s Gun is
RNG 10
PoW 15
AoE 4
RoF 3

Skorne's and Circle's seem... wow. I'm trying to decide which of the two factions I want to keep since I barely get time to play and really need to focus on one army in Hordes..... these spoilers make it so much harder! These things are oozing with combos! eHexeris just keeps getting more and more filthy... Woldwrath's animus is quite simply, awesome!
More than one thousand years of preparation has brought Asphyxious closer than ever to his goal of rising above the other lich lords to stand as Toruk’s most invaluable general. He alone holds the key to unleashing the terrible might of the Nightmare Empire. To aid him in his great work, Asphyxious has applied his impressive mastery of thrall runes to craft Vociferon, a skarlock perfectly equipped to serve as a conduit for souls. Vociferon’s battle standard of death and discord resonates with unholy intent, for it was made to collect the essences of all who perish within its reach and fuel Asphyxious’ fell sorceries
As the hosts of Everblight’s legion advance, they are preceded on the ground by the fearsome naga. These draconic horrors first spew caustic venom upon their victims before closing to tear the wounded apart with fanged maws. Though seemingly simple in form, the naga are in truth complex spawn representing Everblight’s genius in the manipulation of blighted flesh
yep two or three very nice models might have to get them

Asphyxious the Hellbringer & Vociferon

Naga looks right, but it's still a bit underwhelming.
Asphyxious3 is kinda ho-hum (behold, I have a sword now!), but Vociferon is pretty cool.
EDIT: Dang you, basher, and your ninja skills.
The banner looks unimpressive to me, considering the style of the game. I would have expected such a mini to be large enough to kill a man by blunt force trauma. It's not as if the game is recovering from cinderblock hammer syndrome or anything. Just look at that sword.
The minis look adequate in terms of the technical aspects of the sculpting.
---
I'd expect there to me more to a worm of Everblight than another legion beast without the limbs. The model seems to add nothing to the army's look. There must have been a way to make it more interesting without compromising the aesthetic elements of Everblight beasts.
Again, the sculpting is adequate.
The sculpting is a lot better than most of the Legion's Warlocks, IMO.
I like Gaspy, very nice looking figure. I really have to get back into this game.![]()
yes loveless but yours looks so much nicer than mine

Has anybody seen this:
"We are happy to announce that War Room has gone gold and has been submitted to the app stores for publication! With War Room fully complete, all that remains is for Apple, Google, and Amazon to review and approve the app so that it can be published to their respective stores. War Room will be available for download soon on iOS and Android devices as well as Kindle Fire. Additional information will be available soon.
War Room is the first official utility app released for WARMACHINE and HORDES. The app puts an extensive library of WARMACHINE and HORDES stat cards in the palm of players’ hands and gives them access to a wealth of features intended to facilitate faster and easier gameplay. In addition, users will receive regular news and rules updates from Privateer Press straight to their mobile devices.
- Full Card Display: Model stat cards are shown exactly as they are printed, so players can reference them easily and with the same confidence as printed cards.
- Army Creation Workshop: Players can select their faction and game size and then choose their warcasters or warlocks, warjacks or warbeasts, units, solos, and battle engines to create army lists—all within the War Room application.
- In-Game Status Tracking: In-game damage and status tracking will give players immediate and easily accessible information on every fighting model in their command.
- Rules Reference: A built-in comprehensive rules reference allows players to check any rule quickly and easily and get back to the game.
- In-Game List Sharing: Lists will be sharable between every player using War Room in the same game so they can quickly access each other’s model status and abilities, allowing players to keep their focus on the tabletop action.
- Turn Clock: This optional player-initiated feature allows players to keep individual turns fast but fairly apportioned.
- The base app is a free download and includes all the stat cards from WARMACHINE: Prime Mk II and HORDES: Primal Mk II. It also includes model stat cards from the WARMACHINE Two-Player Battle Box and a special selection of Mercenary, Minion, and Retribution of Scyrah models.
Full faction decks for both WARMACHINE and HORDES will be available as additional downloads for $6.99. Every deck will include all currently released stat cards for that faction as well as new model updates for the life of the current rules set."

Looks like it could be a useful tool....I'm guessing there are similar third party apps out there that do similar things but it is nice to see a fairly thorough official tool.
The third party apps have been closed so this will be the one going forward.
I'd had no intention of getting it, but now looking at getting a tablet and this would be a purchase to go with it.

Being available on Android might mean it is available on a smartphone. My phone isn't flashy but it would certainly display a card well enough.
Wow, I think it'd be super nice to have that app. I don't have a smart phone yet but im pretty sure i will get this once I do!
Pretty sweet if you ask me!
EDIT: Very happy to read its available on Android as I was planning on NOT getting an iphone!

Well bear in mind it is still subject to approval by the hosting companies but yes...iOS, Kindle, Android.
You can purchase the faction decks for less than the physical one. (which I think is fair as I I don't believe you can use them in-game for tracking damage. Be awesome if you could.)
Yes you can use them for tracking damage in game. However your power goes out and you forfeit the game if you can't retrieve the info.
Souleater, it was even in the blurb you posted.
•In-Game Status Tracking: In-game damage and status tracking will give players immediate and easily accessible information on every fighting model in their command.

Its an impressive app that everyone here should probably get if they can. Especially with apps like ibodger no longer being updated.

Behind its plates of steel, the Devastator is all but unassailable, yet it can open its armored shell to unleash a rain of deadly shrapnel from its grenade launchers. The Devastator’s success has led to the development of other ’jacks based on this chassis. The Demolisher features armor equal to that of the Devastator, but when its plated arms open they reveal cannons that can deliver powerful ordnance even in the thick of combat. The Spriggan trades the armored arms of its predecessor for a heavy shield, a massive lance, and more versatile and longer-range grenade launchers that can fire either explosive projectiles or flares that illuminate hidden enemies.

You could probably cut some of the text, basher - it's the same for all 3
General Ossrum
http://privateerpress.com/warmachine...general-ossrum
General Ossrum Dhurg’s disdain for traditional tactics and penchant for startling improvisation and bold maneuvers have earned him both admiration and ire from his peers. The men he commands, though, regard him with universal respect and affection, not merely for the victories he brings their clans but also because he asks nothing of them he would not do himself. Always on the advance, General Ossrum greets each morning with fresh enthusiasm, intending that should the day be his last, it will end in glory.

Very nice new Khador kits. Though the Devastator just looks like a wimpy, gunless Demolisher now.

Hyperion
http://privateerpress.com/warmachine...ssals/hyperion
Hyperions tower over the vanguard of Retribution forces, armed with an incomprehensibly powerful starburst weapon capable of annihilating anything in its blast. Originally designed centuries ago to protect Ios from the unspeakable threat of dragons, the power Hyperions wield is so terrible they were banned from Iosan cities and relegated to deployment along its borders. Incissar Vyros, emboldened by victory, has now overridden that order to add these most formidable Iosan constructs ever developed to the Retribution’s arsenal.
