All,
Just a few pictures of my Ordo Malleus Inquisitor Lord and his Retinue. When I field him he will be joined by my Grey Knight Terminators. There is a couple of RT figures in this group. I particularly like the Inquisitor Lord.

Cracking stuff, Jacka. Keep 'em coming!
Steiner,
No worries hopefully the pictures are creating the "feel" of the Army. Even though there is different era's of figures by keeping the palette of colours the same Squat IG blend with 3rd Edition Cadians and their newer plastic brothers. I only use an extended palette of colours on other Imperial Servants and this tends to emphasis the difference between the differants factions.

All,
I completed my new Lt Col Stewart Conner today. This Squat is based on the new White Dwarf figure. As you can see the Alien is gone and so is the Hammer. I have added a Bolt Pistol and the Claw will be a "count as" Power Fist. I have added Grenades, Stub Pistol and plenty of pouches which is very Squat. A gery beard as he is the oldest Squat in the 12th Cadian and some splashes of Brass paint work.
This is where I stand with my completed projects:
6 x Ogryn's (Completed)
4 x Command Advisor's (Three done)
1 x new Lt Col Stewart Conner (Squat figure based on the latest White Dwarf) (Completed)
8 x Veteran Squats
1 x Coy Command Squad (Squats)
1 x Squad (Squats)
2 x Rhino / Chimeras? (This may change I'm thinking about a Mole)
3 x Armageddon Basilisks
1 x Missile Sentinel
1 x Chimera
5 x Grey Knight Terminators

I think he looks pretty decent, Jacka.
Although just to be nitpicky, WYSIWYG stands for "What You See Is What You Get", as opposed to your "counts as".
I won't lie though, I think tinkering with the WD figure is close to blasphemy myself![]()

It's high praise indeed, since most Demon winners get a "hrm, not bad at all" out of me
You don't happen to have one of the Inq retinues over there with the crusader standing with a shield, do you? I think that's really all that's missing at the moment.

I know the figure your talking about and no I don't. I intend to round out the Inquisitor's retinue with IG, Kasrkin or Grey Knights. I haven't played a game with the Inquisitor's so I still thinking about the composition of the retinue and what vehicle they will have.

I like your White Dwarf conversion.
Although in 20 years the stock original may be worth some money.
How does he compare in height to your original squats?

TG,
Ta mate. Just been over looking at your Sponsons. They work well. Although I think they would look better a little higher up the hull.
The original Squats varied in height so he fits in fine.I'll do a photo with his Command Squad on Friday. And I bought him to game with
(Must kill Nids!) not to sell on Ebay in twenty years time.

Why the blue muzzles, Jacka?
Also - White Squat - ace. Thumbs up for him!
Steiner,
Well the Blue Muzzles go back to the 1995 IG Codex for theHmm Second Edition rules I think. The Colours donate my Command Squads and Platoons. So the 12th Cadian Regimental Colours are Blue and White. The Regimental Command Squads has Blue muzzles as do Command troops like Commissars, Ratlings, Ogryn's and now Veteran Squads. My Platoons are Red, Green and Black and their Platoon Command Squad and Squads muzzles are in painted in their respective colours. (Also helps me in the Game to work out who's who!) See picture below. The Chimera's have the Regimental Colour followed by their Platoon colour on their side armour and the Sqauds below are Third Squad Red Platoon and Third Squad Black Platoon
And I'm Glad you like the "White Squat" !![]()

They don't paint the muzzles so they know which end to point at the enemy?

No, they're Cadians, not Australian Army.
Remember, every gun in the Aussie Army has an officer who's sole job is to point and say "Gun go boom!" every time it fires.
Personally, I feel bad for the ones who get attached to machine gun sections.

Yes, that was the first Guard Codex and it was for 2nd Edition. IIRC, the colour coding didn't include muzzles - it was just discs on the shoulders of infantry and stripes on the front of the tanks.
It looks quite good tho'.
I really like your Baneblade, and the all-female command squad. Where's the figure with shotgun from?
Steiner,
You are correct but if you look at the Guard pictures in that particular Codex all the Squads muzzles are coloured.
The female figures are from a local maker here in Australia. I picked them up at a Tournament in Sydney several years ago.Name escapes me at the moment though.
Did you see the Primaris Psyker on the previous page. All the Advisor's are now finished.
My Baneblade is a FW kit I picked up about seven years. It was the 902 Baneblade made.
