And let me tell you they are worth a look. The Japanese have a real different bent on the world of 40K! Amazing painting. I picked up some Bretonnian Squires there when I last visited.

Great! It starts t look the part!
The feral feeling it conveys with that front armour and overal look is perfect for a Ogrynmobile!
This is definitively going to be nicked! As with the pics, going to do as wished!

Those look great, Jacka. As ill try to make this one match my other rhimera, i think ill go for the homemade ones on this one too.

Have done the basic side armour, now i need to add the details. Also added a hull heavy bolter.
Then i have to raid my hobbystore for some more stuff/equipment to hang on the sides.

    Yeh can't please everyone.

I personally do not care for that chassis, but that doesn't stop me from admiring the awesome work you've put into converting and painting it. Good job SDKFZ!

What's the prob with the way that tank looks? I must be having a slow moment and missing something . . .

Personally I think it's rather cool, I particularly like the crew interaction.

    Re: SDKFZs Mechanised Guards

There is no problem with the way *that* tank looks. SDKFZ added his personal touch of awesome to it! And yes the crew interaction rocks.

    Re: SDKFZs Mechanised Guards

There is a difference between thinking something about his modelling skills and qualities and the actual concept he has made,
the quality of the conversion is superb, but the concept itself I cannot like.
Different people have different tastes, regardless of it being functional and ugly imperial machinery or not.
I like most if not all of his other builds and the painting is of good quality, so it's not like I am saying all of his stuff is crap or something

Given the Universe I too am surprised an unfavorable comment is made about this version of conversion.
I think the basic MALCADOR is silly and the battle field would be littered with their wrecks shot through the rear or with broken tracks.
But that's just me. My dice don't roll well and sometimes my conversions when complete are best thrown at the wall.

What I find interesting is the little subtle items like the curved bit in front of the tank commander and the thing it goes into.
I contemplate putting vents or hatches on things and they just don't look right. On this convesion they do. I like it.
    The crew is cool too.

To master any skill you must accept doing it poorly at first.
