    Looking good. For the GS scales, I would try to trim their edges to that they are more angular. Then they would look closer to the cold ones and the saurus warriors.

    the head is from the old cold ones champion. If you go to the Warhammer general discussion theres thread about my chaos lizardmen. hes a daemon prince.

    The red looks weak, if that makes sense!

    another coat of red, followed by a black wash, then another light coat on the raised pieces would make alot of difference!

    I wouldnt shade it with black, try a scorched brown or dark blue/purple. Black is just too dark and Is going to ruin the brilliance of the model. It works on greys and muted colors, but on reds and blues and greens it just looks al boo boo.

    Maybe a brown or flesh wash over all that blood? Its so intensely red that it draws the eye from the model. A brown wash (thin) over your metallic armor plates would help too.
