2k SM List (Please Dont kill me Volandum.)

Hai thar.

So im trying to find a list that will please Warseer's harsh but honest posters coghhahghhkkvolandumgcough, while still retaining some of the models and composition I like. Im finding its hard to make any marine lists that don't bore me to tears and are competitive, considering the amount of subpar and overpriced units as well as tacs that are mediocre. If this fails I may just have to use the Space Wolves rules...urgh. No mah say it aint so

Terminator Librarian, with Storm Shield. Avenger, and Gate - 140

Yeah...I like mah termies. And I was trying to get a shooty squad in there but 230 points is a lot to pay for five guys with storm bolters and a cyclone, but if there was a way to get them in there, Id love to. If not, no biggie.

Elites: How should I load out this dread? Should I even be running a dread? Would Sternguard with melta or another MM/HF Speeder be better? Regardless, I need more Anti tank.

Heavy Support: The AC/LC Pred was gonna be my transport buster, allowing the vindie and the crusader to get free runs on enemy units, but I was wondering wether two vindies might be better to force saturation issues and give me something capable of dealing with nob bikers/nid warriors/other termies.
