Once again I have been unleashed upon the battle report forum and once again I find myself apologising for a lack of pictures! (The problem was complicated, lets not go there...) That means that you, the humble reader, will have to put up with my badly worded verbal descriptions for what I assume will be at least three paragraphs...but enough of this! Time for the boring stuff.

The Boring Stuff:

Hive Fleet Providence (Hive Fleet Ergo was devoured and its biomass incorporated into this new, much more dangerous Hive Fleet!)

HQ:

Objectives and Deployment:

Four objectives where placed, 1 in the western forest, 1 in the central crater, 1 in the north-east building and 1 in the south-central building.

I decided to deploy first and to take the first turn. I was deploying along the southern board edge. Right so, from left to right;

Trygon--Termagants--Hormagaunts--Zoanthropes--Swarmlord
--------Tervigon---Prime+Zoanthropes--Biovores------------

Both the Ymgarls and the Genestealers were staying in reserve.

Of note: I deployed the Hormagaunts in two very long lines, allowing them to reach either side of his deployment zone.

Hiw own deployment, along the northern board edge, looked exactly like so;

The Land Raider had the Veterans in it. (Who were acompanied by Azrael)
The Deathwing were joined by Belial.

Of note: He placed the Whirlwind near a side table edge, probably to lure some eager-beaver Genestealers into a cunning trap...
