Giving Belial TH/SS is an unusual choice, any reason why ? TLC at I5 work very well for me.

I agree with bartali, i have tried the TH/SS belial and hes no good (and I commonly use new wargear rules). Also I know you said no list changing but personally i dont think the second HQ slot is worth it unless your taking a beatstick/ld10 hood aka GK grandmaster. Had mine ID a trygon prime recently..

I have found Belial's 4+ invulnerable save invaluable, there's just so many times he has lived 1 or 2 more rounds because I rolled a 4. He is crappy enough as it is and is used for either denying objectives (you need to survive, often in cc) or not dying because he is worth a kill point.

Using Belial to kill stuff is just bleh...

The Librarian is great. There are a lot of psychers running around and the hood is lovely. Not the best chance, but there's a chance alright. Hellfire is unreliable and random, but it has done some great things.

And I use him over a GK because I am playing Deathwing.

TH/SS can be equipped by any member of a Deathwing Squad, TLC at I5 can't be replicated elsewhere.

He's often useless, but then again he's saved my bacon a fair few times
