Really impressive stuff here. And your AdMech dudes are also quite awesome.

Amazing stuff! Have you got any shots of it on a table all together? Bet it's amazing to play on!

Re: Bunkers, barricades and battlefield bits

Thanks for all the feedback/comments chaps- much appreciated.

Re the table, current idea is for four 2'x4' boards. Two with trench/bunkers etc, the other two sloping up slightly to a flat area on which to deploy buildings. The plan is for them to either line up in a row with the 4' sides butting up against each other, or the two trench boards lined up against the two higher boards. Of the two low boards one to have a raised area in the middle and the other a bridge/dry river thing.

    Anyway, here's the bunker:

That bunker really belongs on a narrative table somewhere. A good board to go with some fluff etc.

Congrats Ash with a nice and strong Bunker !
and again the way you handle the small details is stunning and making those models real eye candy.

Not check in here for a while, thanks for all the comments on the old bunker.
I'm happy with the way it's turned out, not added any muck to it yet as the idea for a lot of these bits is to get built into an 8' x 4' table.
It's fairly planned out and I have a lot of parts collected for it.
I've been trawling the net looking for ideas on how to make various elements and then discovered the Holy Grail of board construction a few weeks back

I've not finished any terrain bits for a while, but just finished this off, primarily to mount on a vehicle, but got hold of an extra base to use as a terrain piece. The radar dish is from Quantum Gothic :

I'm planning on making some sort of terrain piece/emplacement to incorporate the QG generator I painted a few years back:

It's made of plaster, and need lots of 40k'ing.

I bought a bunch of these. they are great for 40k buildings. The plaster, despite soaking up a lot of spray paint is great to work with.

This log has really motivated me to get painting some terrain of my own.

I really liked that terrain and they are very nice painted models

Great log! Still mising two things though.
    1. The nid fence, what happened?
    2. The picture many have been screaming for since the beggining: All terrain in one shot!
