    Omnibus Novels

Hello! This is most likely the wrong section, but alas, I couldn't find a Black Library section in the forums.

So,I was wondering. The Omnibus novels seem like a great deal, and rather good reads. Can someone post a list of all of BL's Omnibus Novels for 40k? I want to get a good idea of them.

Also, feel free to recommend any of them,I'm more than happy to hear opinions on them. Thanks!

    Re: Omnibus Novels

Eisenhorn Omnibus - a perfect book which give a lot of info's about Imperium and Inquisition.
Soul Drinkers Omnibus - first 3 books about an amazing SM chapter (they rebelled against the bureaucracy of the Imperium ).
Imperial Guard Omnibus - 3 books about Imperial Guard collected in this one. Quite a bargain. The stories are perfect in their descriptions of 3 imperial guard regiments.
The Founding,The Lost,The Saint Omnibus - I consider those books A MUST for every IG player. Those books depicts the action of an elite IG regiment Tanith First from the beginnings.
Space Wolves First and Second Omnibus - a cheap way to get those SW books. My favorite is the second (more interesting actions as well as good description of the Imperium and Navis Nobilite).
Grey Knights Omnibus - the actions of Justicar Alaric and I like it for the fact GK's died as in the game (they are not depicted as uber alles soldiers).
The UM Omnibus - the beginning of Uriel and Ventris and also first depictions of Honsou as well as Daemohn World of Medrengard.

In addition there are the following:

The Gothic War - Print on Demand, collects Shadow Point and Execution Hour
The Blood Angels Omnibus - collects Deus Encarmine and Deus Sanguinius
Hero of the Imperium - collects For the Emperor, Caves of Ice and Traitors Hand
The Dawn of War Omnibus - collects the three Dawn of War novels
The Inquisition War - collects Draco, Harlequin and Chaos Child
The Last Chancers - collects Thirteeth Legion, Kill Team and Annihilation Squad
Ravenor: The Omnibus - collects Ravenor, Ravenor Returned, Ravenor Rogue

All titles in my list include at least one additional short story or comic (in the case of the Gothic War).

The titles listed in the post of laudarkul have additional material as well, apart from Soul Drinker, Grey Knights, Space Wolves 1 and 2 and The Saint, these volumes only include the novels of each series.

The above posters have neatly covered most (if not all) of the omnibus editions but since you also asked for recommendations, I'll put a vote in for:

Eisenhorn (excellent series top to bottom)
Hero of the Imperium (Caiphias Cain is highly entertaining)

Project Log - Guardians of the Covenant Deathwing, Space Wolves, and (maybe) more...

    Re: Omnibus Novels

I've read the two novels contained in the BA Omnibus. While I don't have the bile towards the books that some do, they were far from great and you can find much better.

Some folks absolutely detest Swallow's BA series; I tend to be less harsh but I agree that the works leave quite a bit to be desired.

There's also Matt Farrer's 'Enforcer' omnibus, coming out in the summer - a way off, but I for one am looking forward to it
