Oah, Good stuff... Your Pink Angels encourage me to do something... But I'm having a real annoyance because of my computer is "sick"

Yeah... A nasty virus it is... And the first one I've ever met. My antivirus is so old version that it released the hound of pixels and duplication on my computer... Now all my game files and others... Are either gone, or duplicated. I tried to delete everything but the trash bin is duplicated 5 times also... Don't know what to do... Good thing that a virus can't EVER get to my minis!

Yeah but I've painted the commander! (at least the most of it, so I can say its finished!)

I like that black headed veteran DC model, and the grenade guy:

"Toss me a grenade, pal!" "Heck, Here 'ya go!" #Klonk!# "Ouch! Did you pull out the trig...?!?!?!" ...Boom. *A black "pink" marine comes out of the smoke* "Cleatus... I... hate... you..." Wow, story ended. Too much gore and blood for me

Finished my second scout squad--
this time stealthy camo snipers.
I used lichen that I found around and glued it to weapons and coats.

Oh wow, it's so nice to watch this army grow. I love the SB conversion. I think the empire banner just 'fits' with the theme of the army. If you have the mechanical clockwork cherib from one of the empire kits fits in really nice with 40k.

Can't wait to see more. =o]

Ps did you ever get rid of the 'heritic' on your models? How do you purge a praying mantis?

Icecream Boy-- well, yes, but what I did was not highlighting the purple in the scouts and also give them a dirty wash-- to tone the brightness down.

Mike-- I LOVE insects, so I released the mantis outside. We have many around this time of year.
Sadly I somehow lost the Cherub from the kit...but you are definitely right.

Yes, I am still alive...
and now have some time to do some work on my army...
Latest additions include some dreadnoughts for the army.
A normal one (using a venerable model), a death company one
and a Librarian one.
For the Librarian dreadnought I converted a model from Dystopian wars
(Prussian Faction Metzger Robot) and added some leftover bits from the
Furioso box.

these poor chaps have been sitting on the shelf and collecting dust for more
than a year.

The great thing about the Librarian dreadnought is it looks a bit like the Forgeworld heresy era one, whose name escapes me and I can't be bothered to check up. But that one. Like the conversion, though with the upright nature, the arms of the modern boxey dread look a bit out of kilter. That aside, huzzah for finishing some models!

Yeah, I saw the Dystopian Wars figure in the model shop, and it reminded me immediately of the Forgeworld Dread!
I think it is called "Contemptor"?
Sadly I am not the best sculptor, so I have to apologize that it does not look very flash...
but the BEST thing about my librarian Dreadnought is- it cost me only 20$NZ for a relatively big model (it is the size of the FW one!).
For another Dread (FW of normal GW) I would have spend at least 80$NZ....
