He's been back in the saddle for a few months now, finishing Prospero Burns and the novella for the Sabbat Worlds Anthology.

Did anyone see the last HH book on the Coming Soon list?

    http://www.blacklibrary.com/all-prod...on-of-One.html

I'm getting the feeling that this book might see the resurrection of Garviel Loken and Old Rylanor, since Garro's on his way to the "most destructive warzones".
Oh well, plenty of time for that hits the shelves. We'll wait and see.

I believe it was mentioned on page one of this thread, as its isn't a book in the normal sense, its a audiodrama/audiobook.

    Cool Re: Black Library Releases

I am looking forward to the Nathaniel Garro novels. It will be a study of the very first Inquisitor so to speak as well as the beginnings of the Deathwatch. And to think this all came about because of a little question I asked Dan Abnett, Graham McNeil and James Swallow at Games Day 2006.

Just an FYI - they're audiobooks, not novels. And as far as I know, they're not going to be about the beginnings of the Deathwatch.

    Re: Black Library Releases

Audio extracts will now be made available on the black library site, good idea in my opinion

    http://www.blacklibrary.com/Horus-He...ns-Flight.html

Info below from an email i recieved earlier today.

    "Greetings from the Black Library

We often have queries in our inbox about our audio dramas.

Why do you need an actor, isn't it just them reading a story?
What do you mean there are sound effects?

However, no matter how we try to answer it doesn't seem to do them justice. So we thought we would let you hear for yourself!

All of our released audio dramas now have extracts, just like our novels, which you can listen to on the web page. That's right, you can now listen to 2-3 minutes of Slayer of the Storm God, Heart of Rage, Thunder From Fenris, Waiting Death, Fireborn, Dark King & Lightning Tower and an epic 10 minutes of Raven's Flight.
    Enjoy!

    Ragnar @ BlackLibrary.com"

I hope BL don't start making these the trend, as i much prefer to hold a book in my hands when i read it.
EPIC sadface. I hate audiobooks so much. Please start making this stuff in print to BL! I'm literally never, ever going to listen to these, and I'm going to miss parts of the story.

This may be old news, but I have to mention Jon Sullivan's web site which includes the cover artwork for Helsreach, Voldorious, Rynns World, Redemtion Corps and the Purging Of Kadillus. This man is a true genius

Maybe that's because Roberson's stuff is poor at best, They are only trilogies if the 1st book sells well enough (hence the Bastion Wars are getting 3 books as are the Night Lords)

    Gav Thorpes' turn.

Looking forward to his first non BL book. Angry Robot recently underwent a slight change in ownership which has resulted in a slight delay to the release of their books later this year.

The cover of "The Enforcer" makes me want to read it, epic picture. I found the artist on Deviant Art, he has some really awesome drawings.

Yeah, having an actual book along side the audio book would be nice. I like audio books, but people who don't do miss out.

Oh well you can always find some solace in the fact that most of them are not worth the paper they are printed on anyway
