@ Cragum - Cheers mate, glad you like it, I really need to get some paint on it however with several torunaments coming up soon I need to get my models painted for that first, as requested here are the close ups of the glow effect.
@ Solun Decius - Cheers mate, honestly I don't think I am that impressed with it, i think teh freehand I did on the additional hand weapon warriors was far better so i think I am going to redo it.
here's some more pictures, first is a update on the BSB, all I have done is change the base, I think I am going to go with skull bases on the unit of chosen with the BSB have the more impressive looking one
Next is the Chaos sorcerer, just a base change however i am thinking I might repaint the robe and make him look like a Tzeentch guy as I think he might fit with the theme of the army better than the bird head guy
Next i have finally started to paint the warshrine (I was working on this while I was in GW on sunday waiting for a game)
I love your take on the dragon ogres - again such a simple idea that in hindsight makes you scratch your head in a doh style.
Tempted to do it for my centigors, rather than Dragon ogres.
edit - have you done anything to lower the crossbar on the chariot, although the ones i've seen with the new knight steeds look like they're at an almost 45 degree angle, maybe it's the picture as I can;t see any changes?

@ Earthbeard - Heh cheers mate, glad you like them! thankfully I think I can actually say this I was the first to do it! personally I would go with a different lower body for centigor like maybe the marauder horsemen horses which would also give you a nice selection of arms for weapon choices.
As for the warshrine no I haven't (well i don't think, I made it some time ago), to be honest it wasn't my first choice for a warshrine either, its more a case of I had the bits laying about and it will do until I have a bit more cash to spend on warhammer. My originally idea (when we just have rumours of the new book) was to have a corpse cart pulled by a spawn with some sort of priest on it with a bunch of extra dead bodies added (I was still in mono khorne mode at the time). I might do something like that but make it far more generic in the future.

Anyways as i said I wasnt happy with the banner so here is the MK2, its finished yet and I really have no idea what to do next, all I know is I need to do something else to it, any suggestions would be great!
Maybe a yellow outline around the tzeentch icons?

I find that adding borders to banners makes them a lot better. Remember the border of runes on my BsB? Also, your sorcerer is so good, I don't see a point in messing with him, he can always be Tzeentch as he is.

Well I have a few updates, first one is the BSB, pretty much done now, I still feel like I need to do something with it but I am not sure, maybe some more blood?
next up is a small amout of work on the warshrine, still loads more to do!
Your latest BSB is BRUTAL and the gore/blood effect in the warshrines cauldron looks ace!

Currently I am aiming more to get it painted so I can use it at a tournament next weekend so in a lot of case I will be going back to neaten things up.
Wow! That's a huge update. Warriors are great, both regular and chosen. Pretty cool icon on the one painted banner too. Blue glow on the chosen's faces very eye-catching too!

It's been a while since I've checked back on this and I must say it's all looking great, a lot of new stuff! You've really started to hit a new level with your painting too.
I like the idea for the Dragon Ogres, they look pretty mean!
