Has anyone any experience with these guys?
I might pick some up to use as Ash Nomads?
Is that ludicrously insane or is it so crazy it just might work?
I'm leaning toward the Kolony Militia but I like the scruffy look of the Ferals too?

I'd say go for it.
The Ferals are probably more interesting models but not sure i'd use their heads.
Personally i'd go for Ferals with the Militia Gas Mask heads.
I've bought some models from pig iron and they're great quality and the same scale as the GW Necro mini's.
